SINGLE STEP


Why is it that we have such a hard time habituating something that is beneficial? For instance, we know that exercise is good for our mind and body. Yet so many of us don't do it on a regular basis. We know that drinking water is good for our health and our skin and our wallets (unless you buy the fancy stuff). So why do we continue to buy soft drinks, coffee, and sugar filled drinks?

For me, writing is very similar. Writing is something that calms me and gives me focus. However, it has been seven months since my last post. My apologies to myself and my readers. I have no excuses other than if you skip it one day, the next day is much easier to skip. That is very similar to exercising.

So I won't make any extreme resolutions, however, I am going to try to focus on writing as a privilege instead of a chore. It really does give me great satisfaction. I have had so many changes these last few months that I have not gotten to share. I will get you caught up and share our newest adventures.
